The Leading Latino Speaker Resource
We are your resource for finding professional keynote speakers and trainers for your meetings and events.

Can we record the Speaker’s keynote?
Generally speaking, the fee quoted is based on the fact that there will be no audio or visual recordings made of the presentation. The Client agrees not to audio or video tape the presentation without prior written agreement. Permission for the audio and/or visual recordings, for non-commercial use, must be obtained directly from the Speaker in writing and an additional charge may apply. Announcements should be made reminding the audience that no recording is permitted.

What kind of a set up is required for the Speaker?
It is important that the event organizer secure an excellent sound system and a wireless lapel microphone for the Speaker. For keynotes and presentations at conferences, Speakers are very flexible. Your general set up will usually be fine. We do suggest that clients discuss the set up ahead of time in their conference with the Speaker.

Where can I buy the Speaker’s books?
Please refer to the Speaker’s page for more details. Since Speakers’ books reinforce concepts they will be presenting to your group and attendees often want to learn more or reinforce what they have just learned, our clients may wish to purchase copies for all attendees to be presented on site. Volume discounts are available. Please talk to our Sales representative or e-mail us at books@latinospeakers.com.

Do you have any suggestions for non-profit fundraising efforts prior to an event?
These types of organizations almost never pay for the speakers. The sponsors pay for them and usually the Platinum, Gold or Business sponsor pays for and presents the speaker. It gives you a chance to introduce the sponsor, have them pitch their message and then bring out the keynote speaker, who, in turn, will thank them and acknowledge their support, etc.

We understand how college organizations have to get creative and find money to pay for the speakers at their events. So here are some ideas we have that might help you out. Besides the obvious local sponsors, some college groups we have worked with have gotten funds from: the Journalism Department, the Women's Center, Writing Programs, the Business School and special Fellowship programs.

As a resource, here is an example of sponsorship packages that have been very successful with other organizations that we have worked with. This is just a sample to give you some ideas.
